You can use any webpage as your homepage, and have it shown when you open a new window or a new tab.

  1. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click General.

  2. In the Homepage field, enter a webpage address. To simply use the webpage you're currently viewing, click Set to Current Page.

  3. Choose when your homepage is shown.

    • Open new windows with your homepage: Click the 'New windows open with' pop-up menu, then choose Homepage.

    • Open new tabs with your homepage: Click the 'New tabs open with' pop-up menu, then choose Homepage.

To quickly open your homepage in Safari, choose History > Home.

In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari Preferences, then click General. In the Homepage field, enter a webpage address. Using Safari, Chrome or Firefox to Save Webpage as PDF on Mac. Since PDF works as the standard file format, almost all browsers are built in a PDF reader to view or save webpage as PDF. Though there are lots of browsers available, most of our mac users either use Safari, Chrome or Firefox. Open the Chrome browser on your Mac and visit the website that you want to add the shortcut to. Once the website loads in Chrome browser, select the the entire URL to the website in the Address bar of Chrome browser. Next, click and drag the URL address to the Mac desktop. This will create a shortcut to the website on the desktop of your Mac. Like on the Mac, this reveals open tabs on the device, but swipe up to reveal the list of Web pages open in tabs on your other devices. Tap any link to open it.
